Registrations will be accepted online until 19th October 2012.
- Cancellations received in writing by the Secretariat up to 1st October 2012 will incur a 50 US$ cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received after this date cannot be refunded.
Registration Changes/Corrections
All delegate registration substitutions and corrections must be made via email to the Conference Secretariat.
To ensure that all meeting materials can be prepared by the meeting date, please send all corrections and substitution requests in writing by 19th October 2012.
