Second isirv AVG conference - Severe Influenza: Burden, Pathogenesis and Management

Sponsorship

The conference chairs invite sponsors to attend and participate in supporting the Second isirv Antiviral Group Conference, Severe Influenza: Burden, Pathogenesis and Management to be held 29-31 October 2012, at the Melia Hanoi, Viet Nam.  
 

Specific sponsorship opportunities in addition to an unrestricted grant include:

• Sponsorship of the Conference Dinner on Monday 29th October
   
• Sponsorship of a Poster Reception on Tuesday 30th October  – drinks and nibbles
   
• Travel Awards enabling younger delegates from developing countries to attend the Conference
   

Benefits include:

• Space allocated for an exhibition stand (tabletop or open booth space depending on level of sponsorship)
   
• Access to all delegates during tea/coffee and lunch breaks
   
• Depending on the level of sponsorship, a minimum of one complimentary conference registration 
   
• Acknowledgment in the Programme & Abstract Book.
   
• Opportunity to place materials in the Conference Bags.
