Notice 15 February: Thank you for your applications
We are sorry, but only those applicants who have been successful will be notified (by Monday 18 February) - we cannot enter into correspondence at this time.
We are pleased to announce that there are opportunities for travel awards to attend the conference.
These are available for early career scientists/researchers from economically disadvantaged areas.
Travel Award Policy
Requirements:
- Applicant must be from a low / middle income country as defined by the World Bank
- Applicant must be a post-graduate. Current studies should be in the field of influenza. Please provide a letter from the department head on institution letterhead to confirm.
- Applicant must submit a 300-word summary to explain how attendance at the Immunological Assays and Correlates of Protection for Next Generation Influenza Vaccines conference will impact their studies/education in the field of influenza.
- Applicants are encouraged to submit an abstract, but it is not a requirement. Please quote your abstract reference if applicable.
- Submission deadline extended to 11 February 2019
Notifications
Successful applicants will be notified by email 18 February 2019
Travel Award to include
- Return economy airfare
- 3 - 4 nights' hotel accommodation
- allowance for local travel
- Conference registration fee
- 1 year ISIRV membership
