Two panels of antiviral susceptible and resistant influenza viruses are available from the International Reagent Resource (IRR), CDC, Atlanta, USA, and can be ordered after registration and approval. https://www.internationalreagentresource.org/

The CDC Neuraminidase Inhibitor Susceptibility Reference Virus Panel (version 3.0), IRR catalogue No. FR-1755, contains the following 8 viruses:

  2. A/Alabama/03/2020 (H1N1)pdm09, NA-H275Y;
  3. A/Pennsylvania/46/2015 (H3N2), wild type;
  4. A/Washington/33/2014 (H3N2), NA-E119V;
  5. B/North Carolina/25/2018, wild type;
  6. B/Missouri/122/2018, NA-D197E;
  7. B/Laos/0080/2016, wild type;
  8. B/Laos/0654/2016, NA-H134N.

The CDC Baloxavir Susceptibility Reference Virus Panel (version 1.1), IRR catalogue No. FR-1678, contains the following 5 viruses:

  1. A/Illinois/08/2018 (H1N1)pdm09, wild type;
  2. A/Illinois/08/2018 (H1N1)pdm09, PA-I38T;
  3. A/Illinois/37/2018 (H1N1)pdm09, PA-I38L;
  4. A/Louisiana/50/2017, wild type;
